Trips are lightweight and tailored to you and your abilities, ensuring the ultimate for you. Our staff experienced, skilled and knowledgeable are prepared to help you plan your trip.
There are a great variety of options available. From a one day guided trip to guided trips for as long as you please. A family trip, a weekend getaway trip, just the girls trip, I’ve never done this before trip, take us deep into the interior trip, a fishing trip. Because of our unique northern location we have the luxury of an abundance of wildlife and the seclusion of a deep wilderness trip right at our door step. With a minimal amount of work and time... a true experience begins. The possibilities are endless.
We have guides that are native to the area and will lead you through the North. Guides that will share their knowledge, years of experience and their skills. Making your trip educational, safe, as well as fill you with the beauty and wonders that you will always carry within you. We provide Aboriginal guides, that will share with you their skills, experience, points of interest, native traditions, culture, and beliefs.

- To book a trip or make reservations for outfitting, submit to us a non refundable deposit equivalent to one day's price. We recommend that you book early to avoid disappointment.
- Availability pending, it may be possible to book trips on short notice. We will do our best to accommodate you.
- All guided trips and outfitting require a one day's fee as a non-refundable deposit upon reservation. Deposits must be paid by Visa, Mastercard or Certified Cheque/Money Order. Balance payable before departure
- In addition to the rental fee, a refundable damage deposit is
required per canoe at the time of pick up. Only your Visa, Mastercard or cash will be accepted for this purpose. We will hold your credit card information until equipment is inpected and all is satisfactory.
- Park permits extra applicable.
- Interact is available at the Outfitter Base.

This is what we at Algonquin North recommend you pack for a summer canoe trip of 3 -7 nights in duration in the Algonquin Provincial Park area.
When packing , you want to think "lightweight and compact", but take care not to compromise your overall comfort. Extra warm clothes, a hat and full rain gear are a must for everyone. Think function, not fashion. Also, layer your clothing to make the most use out of every item.

* Try to avoid packing too much cotton. Cotton absorbs water like a wick and takes a long time to dry. Jeans not recommended.
** Clothing next to your skin should never be cotton. Materials such as polyesters (i.e. polypropylene) which moves moisture away from your body will keep you much warmer.

| Shuttle service |
- Whether you want to begin your trip at Kioshkokwi Lake or elsewhere, we will get you there via our shuttle service. We can also shuttle your personal vehicle to your trip destination. Your vehicle would be ready and waiting for you when you have completed your route.
- Shuttle service from our Outfitter Base to Kiosk Lake (access # 29 ): includes delivery and pick-up... up to 10 canoes and equipment. Fee of $30.00 per shuttle.
- Special for July and August: No charge shuttle service to and from kiosk (Access
#29 Kioshkokwi Lake)
- Shuttle service from our Outfitter Base to all other destinations in the area: includes delivery and pick-up - up to 12 canoes, equipment. We offer flat rates for all destinations. Call for details.
- We will shuttle your vehicle. Call for details.

| Cancelation Policy |

The reservation fee equivalent to the total of one day's rental is non refundable, for canoe rentals or partial equipment
rentals.
Guided trips and total outfitting trips must be paid in full 10 days prior to departure date.
Guided trips and total outfitting trips must be cancelled 10 days prior to departure date to qualify for a full refund less the equivalent of the one day's total fee.
Less than 10 days up to 5 days you qualify for a 75% refund less the equivalent of the one day's total fee.
Less than 5 days and up to 3 days you qualify for a 50% refund less the equivalent of the one day's total fee.
2 days or less you are Obligated to
the full amount, with no refunds
Cancellations can only be accepted when confirmed
over the telephone. Sorry, cancellations cannot be accepted by fax, mail, or messages left on answering machines.
